Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address along with the correct contact details.

House of Snitch will not be responsible for delivery issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Non-Delivery & Re-shipping

If an order is returned back to us due to:

• Customer unavailable
• Order not accepted
• Repeated failed delivery attempts

The customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipping the order.

Security Deposit Policy (If Applicable)

For selected Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, House of Snitch may charge a small security deposit before dispatching the order.

This amount will be adjusted from the final payable amount at the time of delivery.

The deposit amount may vary depending on:
